I found everyone in the office very professional and informative. Everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Marcus does not try to sell” more procedures and in fact lets you know what you do not need by telling you the positive things about your skin and assuring you that less is better. I have had two face lifts performed by Dr. Marcus. The first one was 20 years ago at age 47. The results were amazing because it was so natural that none of my family or friends could tell I had work done. They were complimenting me on how great I looked and how much younger than my age I looked yet no one thought for a moment that I had a face lift. Dr. Marcus works miracles by making you look beautiful and younger without making you look pulled tight and unnatural.

He performed my second face lift 15 years later at age 62 and of course I got the result that I wanted. Once again he took years off my face, making me look refreshed and youthful. His work is impeccable and today at 67 years old I look better than I did 20 years ago. I have seen many face lifts of friends who live in both Santa Rosa and Los Angeles and none compare to the incredible surgical outcomes by Dr. Marcus. And, if it isn’t enough that he is the very “best” surgeon around, you will not find a doctor who is more honest, caring and compassionate. He was there for me on my first consultation and was completely attentive to me after surgery with calls and assurances that he was a call away if I needed him for anything. After three pregnancies (all cesarean sections), I felt self-conscious about the excess skin on my abdomen, even though I had lost most of the extra weight I had gained during pregnancy. Five years ago Dr. Marcus performed a mini-abdominoplasty (at the same time as another procedure), and I am so thrilled! My abdomen is smooth again, and at age 50 I am still wearing a two piece bathing suit, and my friends tell me I still look fantastic!

I feel the care I received from you and your staff was exceptional, especially the after surgery follow-up care. Your office really impressed me, as did yourself, when only a few hours after my return home from surgery, I received a phone call from you inquiring how I was doing. I hadn’t expected your call, but I must say it made me feel very secure, and that you cared. Then your staff continued to call me for the next few days to inquire as to how I was doing. As far as I am concerned, Botox is one of the miracle discoveries of the 20th Century! Ever since I was a teenager I had deep lines between my eyebrows and across my forehead. People always thought I looked angry or sad.

Dr. Marcus injected Botox into my forehead muscles and even though he said I might not see results right away, within minutes of my first injections my forehead lines were markedly diminished, and within a couple of days they were gone completely.

It is a quick and inexpensive procedure that softened the “stern” look of my face, and I think took several years off my face. I would do it again in a second!

In just two hours I went from a very underdeveloped, flat chest that I had always been ashamed of to a rounder, softer, beautiful figure that I just love.

My expectations prior to my breast augmentation were that of having a more proportional appearance in relation to my small waist and frame, without obvious notice that I had had such a surgery performed. That was realized three weeks after my surgery when my father and mother came to visit, at which time my father, not realizing I had surgery performed, made mention to me (at the age of 45) how I looked as beautiful as when I was 15. It looks like, thanks to you, I more than reached my goal.

I underwent breast implant surgery earlier this year. I wanted fuller looking breasts. I was not very nervous about the procedure since I have already gained trust in Dr. Marcus from my facelift he performed earlier. The results of both are astounding! I am so glad I found Dr. Marcus. My new breasts are just perfect! I always had very small breasts, but after breastfeeding two babies, I decided it was time to do something about it. I can honestly say that my decision to have a breast augmentation was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my self-confidence and self esteem. I love my new body, and even though I had another baby after the augmentation, it didn’t change their shape at all, and it didn’t interfere with breastfeeding. I would highly recommend Dr. Marcus and breast augmentation to anyone who has ever thought about it.

My eyes have always been what I considered one of my best features. Then at about age 40 people started telling me regularly that I looked tired even when I wasn’t. I also started to develop dark circles and considerable wrinkling under my eyes. I wasn’t sure what I needed, but I made an appointment with Dr. Marcus on the recommendation of a good friend. I can’t tell you how thankful I am I did.

Dr. Marcus recommended laser skin resurfacing under my eyes, and eyelid surgery on my upper eyelids. I didn’t even realize that my upper lids were affecting my appearance, but Dr. Marcus was absolutely right! I had very little swelling and bruising on the upper lids, and I had redness on the lower eyelids for a week (which could be concealed with makeup on the third day).

I am so thankful for Dr. Marcus for his artful and skillful work, and for his staff who made the whole experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Dr. Marcus to anyone considering cosmetic surgery in the bay area. We are so lucky to have him in Sonoma County.
