Breast Augmentations Photos – Before & After

This 22 year old Santa Rosa Breast Augmentation patient was unhappy with her small breasts. She is 5′ 2″ – 104lbs and wore a 32A bra. She was looking for a quick, more pain-free surgery so we placed her saline implants over her muscle, just under the breast tissue itself. We used periareolar incisions to place 300cc textured style 468 saline implants filled to 315cc bilaterally. She is thrilled with her new shape and now wears a 34C bra.
This 25 year old Santa Rosa woman presented to our Plastic Surgery practice with the desire to have larger breasts, particularly in the upper portion of her breast. She is 5′ 3″ – 120 lbs. and wore a 34B bra. To gain more upper pole fullness, we used a style 468 textured saline implant in the submuscular plane. 300cc implants were filled to 315cc using a periareolar incision. Her final size is a full 34C. This is a 35 year old Healdsburg woman, mother of two interested in returning the fullness to her breasts. She liked her shape, but not her size. We placed 300cc saline implants under her pectoralis muscle to return volume to her breasts. She went form a 36B to a 36 C+. She loves the naturalness of the result.
This is a 36 year old woman from Napa County. Although never really happy with the appearance of her breasts, this woman was even more dissatisfied after bearing two children. She is 5′ 2″ – 125 lbs. and wore a size 34B bra. During our consultation, she was able to try on a variety of implant sizes and shapes. This helped her decide what looked best on her body and frame. During her outpatient surgery, we placed saline filled implants through an inframammary approach. We used 375cc smooth moderate profile implants filled to 450cc on the right side and 440cc on the left side. The patient was very happy with the final shape and size, but also happy that even without a breast lift, her breasts did not seem so saggy. She now wears a 34C/D bra.
This is a 41-year-old Santa Rosa woman who presents with an interest in undergoing a mommy makeover. To add more volume and youthfulness to the patient’s breasts, we chose a 215 mL moderate classic shaped gel implant placed in the subglandular plane going through an inframammary incision. One can notice how amazingly natural a low-profile subglandular augmentation can be. Patient is thrilled with her result.
